“Motivation is from within, I have always had a strong drive for work and a desire to solve really big problems with technology. I am driven by all the problems I see that are yet to be solved. Success for me is a ton of happy users - putting a product in front of people and seeing the difference it makes to their lives. Getting paid to do it is the icing on top.”
02 · The partner they want
“Someone who is obsessed with solving technical problems, and doesn't compromise on ethics. Ideally, a professional in technology or healthcare or both, who can bring the product to life by working with the right technical team(s). I am great at fundraising, selling, building teams, strategising, and executing from a business/product standpoint so I need someone who can dig into the technical details to make sure we have the right product from top to bottom.”
