Intellectual property

The name findyourcofounder, the site's design, its illustrations, its copy and its source code belong to the publisher, except where a third-party licence applies. Reproducing or reusing them without written permission is not allowed.

The founder illustrations are built on Humaaans by Pablo Stanley, used under its free licence. City search is powered by Photon, which serves OpenStreetMap data under the ODbL.

Profiles and user content

Every profile on the index is published by the founder it describes, and they alone are responsible for what it says. Profiles are public by design — that is the point of the index — and can be edited or deleted at any time from the profile page.

We remove profiles that are impersonations, that carry unlawful or abusive content, or that exist only to advertise something. Write to sebastien@selego.co to report one, and we will act on it as quickly as we can.

Scraping the index, or using the profiles on it to send bulk or unsolicited messages, is not permitted.

Liability

findyourcofounder is an index, not an introduction service. We do not verify the accuracy of what founders publish about themselves, we do not vet the people you meet through it, and we are not party to anything you agree with them. Do your own diligence before committing to anyone.

We aim to keep the site available and correct, without guaranteeing either. The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Personal data

How data is collected, why, and the rights you hold over it are set out on the privacy page.
