The three questions · in their own words
01 · What motivates them

Turning a brilliant idea into a company that actually works. Every great company needs two roles: the Visionary with the idea and the drive, and the Integrator who builds the organisation around it. I'm the Integrator. Throughout my career in change and transformation I've seen that great ideas rarely fail on the idea itself. They fail on execution, structure and focus. That's where I thrive: building the operations, setting up the team, processes and governance, bringing the product to market, and making sure the company can grow without falling apart. I'm driven by building from scratch, by working with people who think bigger than I do, and by seeing an idea become a real, healthy business. My dream: an idea that deserves to exist and a founding team strong enough to make it happen.

02 · The partner they want

A Visionary with a brilliant idea. I'm looking for someone who has the idea, the passion and the vision, and who needs a COO co-founder to build the company around it. You see the future and build the product. I make it work: operations, organisation, go-to-market, network and sales. Any sector is welcome, as long as the idea solves a real problem and you're fully committed; ideas in neuroscience especially spark my curiosity. Technical or product skills are a must: you can shape and build the product yourself. What matters most is that you can inspire, think ahead and stay focused on the big picture, while trusting me to own execution. I'm looking for someone direct and honest, who gives and takes feedback and wants to build as an equal: shared ownership, risk and upside, with clear roles so we strengthen each other.

03 · The dream business

Neuroscience especially excites me: as a neurocoach I've seen how much potential there is in applying insights about the brain to how people learn, lead and perform. My dream is to grow the company from a small founding team into a healthy scale-up without losing the speed and energy of the early days. That means a clear direction, a structure that grows along with the company instead of lagging behind, and a culture where ownership and honesty are the norm. Visionary and Integrator side by side, each in their strength. My background in organisational development, mergers and scale-up challenges means I know where growing companies get stuck. I'd like to build one that doesn't.
