Juan Bazo is a product and tech co-founder based in Amsterdam, open to meeting collaborators. Read the three answers below — what motivates them, the kind of partner they want, the business they would build — and reach out directly if it resonates.

The three questions · in their own words
01 · What motivates them

“I am motivated by fixing everyday inefficiencies and unnecessary complexity. We can do better. Based in Amsterdam, I am surrounded by highly capable people, and I am driven to bring that potential together through sparring and sharp thinking to reach optimal solutions. Repetitive, outdated processes—like oversharing personal data or poorly structured organizations—frustrate me. I am inspired by elegant product solutions, clean architectures, and simplicity that creates real impact.”

02 · The partner they want

“My ideal partner complements me by being more outward-facing and strong on marketing and storytelling. Speaking Dutch is important. I value someone who is critical, honest, and comfortable challenging ideas with constructive feedback. Always in service of improvement. Open-mindedness, adaptability, and speed of iteration matter a lot. I am looking for a true sparring partner who helps sharpen ideas and execution, not someone who simply agrees.”

03 · The dream business

“My dream business tackles the problem of identity and entity verification. Today, services collect far more personal data than needed. Instead, users should share proofs, not data. By leveraging secure enclaves, encryption, NFC, and on-device face recognition, verified documents can live on the device and generate secure verification tokens on demand. No servers, no data leakage, instant and privacy-first verification. Imagine digiD level of ease, but for more docs, and verification types!”
