01 · What motivates them
“I’m mainly looking for fullstack roles where I can own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend and deployment. I enjoy working on user-facing products, especially SaaS or tools where performance and UX really matter. I’m most comfortable with NextJS, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, so roles using a similar stack would be a great fit. I also prefer small to mid-sized teams where I can contribute directly, make technical decisions, and move quickly. That said, I’m flexible as long as the”
02 · The partner they want
“When I hit a blocker, I first try to break it down and isolate the issue so I understand exactly what’s going wrong. If I can’t resolve it quickly, I communicate early with clear context what I tried, what I think the issue is, and possible options. That usually helps get faster feedback. I try to avoid getting stuck silently. My goal is always to keep things moving while making sure the solution is solid.”
