The three questions · in their own words
01 · What motivates them

I’m motivated by building things that matter from the ground up — turning ideas into real systems that people can trust and use. I enjoy solving hard problems, especially where technology can create transparency, efficiency, or fairness. What drives me most is the process of learning, iterating, and growing through collaboration, and working with people who are curious, committed, and willing to take ownership. I’m not motivated by quick wins, but by long-term impact and the journey of creating

02 · The partner they want

My ideal partner is someone with strong motivation, curiosity, and a sense of ownership. Skills can be learned, but passion, responsibility, and the willingness to commit cannot. I value honesty, open communication, and resilience — especially when things are uncertain or challenging. I’m looking for a collaborator who believes in building something meaningful together, is comfortable learning along the way, and wants to grow personally and professionally through the journey.

03 · The dream business

My dream business is one that solves real-world problems through technology while remaining honest, scalable, and impactful. I want to build products that people genuinely trust — systems that improve transparency, security, or access, rather than chasing trends. The goal is to grow a sustainable company with a clear mission, where learning, responsibility, and collaboration are core values, and where we build not just a product, but a long-term vision together.
