“Solving complicated problems from first principles, finding win-win solutions that help all parties, seeing the numbers improve, getting excited about the future, helping people to grow beyond their comfort zones, having fun at the same time.”

“Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves while able to see the big picture. Someone with empathy for whom culture and leading by example is a priority. Someone that is passionate about their expertise and how it will benefit the world. Curious and willing to take (calculated) risk.”
03 · The dream business
“I'm actually pretty flexible on business idea as long as it benefits the world and I can add value to it. Industries in particular - fintech (except crypto / web3), proptech, edtech, healthtech, fitness or improving business performance (B2B). However in my dream world I'd love to build something that brings us back to humanity again - creating communities, helping small businesses, getting people healthy, off their screens and meeting IRL.”
