01 · What motivates them
“I like to work on problems that matter. For more long term motivation I need to feel ownership of the solution being created, I guess that I why I am in the processes of starting my own company.”
02 · The partner they want
“I have created a citizen journalism platform. I have a business and a developer background, but I dont have any Journalistic experience. I lack knowledge of how news media works, so someone who has worked in a newspaper, factchecking desk, tv, or similar would be ideal. I worked in a oil/gas tech startup before and part of what really made that shine was the people with lots of previous industry experience.”
03 · The dream business
“There has been two iterations of the product. Right now the web application is running in a closed beta. I have been holding off on a golive before I get some journalists to actually give me some feedback on the application. The application works and runs on AWS. Its a social platform built for journalists, if you're interested reach out for a demo.”
