Rauf Aliyev is a design and business co-founder based in The Hague, open to meeting collaborators and willing to put €30k of their own capital on the line. Read the three answers below — what motivates them, the kind of partner they want, the business they would build — and reach out directly if it resonates.

The three questions · in their own words
01 · What motivates them

What motivates me most is the combination of ownership, impact, and learning. As a co-founder, I want to be deeply involved in shaping the strategy, testing assumptions, talking to customers, building partnerships, and continuously improving the product and business model. I’m energized by fast-paced environments where there is no predefined playbook and where the team has to create the path forward.

02 · The partner they want

My ideal partner is a strong technical/product-minded developer who can turn ideas into scalable, reliable products. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the technical side from choosing the right architecture and stack to building the MVP, testing quickly, and iterating based on user feedback

03 · The dream business

I see a lot of potential in applying gamification, data, and AI to the food industry whether through personalized recommendations, rewards, challenges, communities, or new ways of connecting consumers with business owners.
