“Building useful products from scratch and seeing people actually use them. I like starting with a messy real-world problem, talking to customers, testing simple solutions and improving quickly. I’m especially motivated by creating something of my own rather than optimizing within a large company.”

“A profitable B2B software company solving painful, repetitive problems in an industry that is still surprisingly manual. Simple product, clear ROI, high willingness to pay and a small strong team. I’m currently building Philoo around software for recruitment agencies, but I’m open to where customer evidence takes us.”
