“I'm a scientist at heart, but I've always been drawn to entrepreneurship. I love questioning things, experimenting, and exploring ideas that don't necessarily make sense to everyone else. But entrepreneurship also comes with fear, self-doubt, frustration, and moments when you question absolutely everything, including yourself. Some days I love it, other days I wonder why I put myself through it. I certainly don't have it all figured out. But my curiosity and the urge to create something of my own keep pulling me back.”

“We're looking for a fearless third co-founder. As a scientist by training, I tend to spend a lot of time in my head, so we'd love someone who brings the opposite strengths to the table. Someone who'd rather test a crazy idea than spend three weeks discussing a safe one. Commercially minded, curious, resourceful, and comfortable telling us we're wrong. We don't need someone who agrees with everything we've built. We want someone who sees opportunities we don't, challenges our thinking, and isn't afraid to turn things upside down. A sense of humour wouldn't hurt either.”
