I like people who take initiative, challenge my ideas and aren't afraid to just try things instead of discussing them for weeks. Someone ambitious, but also fun to work with. We're probably going to spend a ridiculous amount of time together, so having a good laugh along the way is pretty important.”

Ideally a tech business with a great product, a strong brand and the potential to grow internationally. I've already built a SaaS company from scratch and really enjoy that journey. I'd love to do it on an even bigger scale.”
