I love talking to users, understanding their challenges and translating those insights into a product. Building something new, challenging assumptions, continuously learning and turning ideas into reality gives me energy. My ambition is to build Mila into a successful, scalable SaaS company that creates real value for its customers.”

Ideally, you've taken a software product from early development to production and have strong experience in backend development, data architecture, integrations and AI/LLMs. You enjoy making architectural decisions as much as writing code. I'll bring industry knowledge, customer relationships and product vision. You'll take technical ownership, and together we'll shape the roadmap, priorities and strategic direction. I'm looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative, challenges ideas and shares responsibility for building the business.
